Many people would ask, “Why bankruptcy law?” I am firmly committed to the belief that every person, regardless of their current financial standing, deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. I will handle your case with the compassion and thoughtfulness you deserve. By providing you with the tools and information you need, I hope to enable you take control of your financial situation and build a brighter future.
I specialize in bankruptcy law, having worked through the process for almost twenty years. I am dedicated to helping people achieve relief through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 in order to stop creditor harassment, relieve overwhelming debt, and begin rebuilding credit for the future.
On a personal note, I derive great satisfaction in helping well-meaning people who have simply been overwhelmed by debt to obtain a fresh financial start. By doing this, I have the pleasure of knowing that I am helping to provide a second chance for people to fulfill their obligations and realize their goals. I aspire to help people just like you: those who are trying to make their way through job layoffs or downsizings, home foreclosures, credit card debt, repossession, divorce, unexpected medical bills and other unforeseen obstacles.
I consider it my duty to help you understand that this is not the end, but a new beginning.
